Bio
I help people flourish, and I train others to do the same.
I’m a positive psychology expert, coach, and educator with a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania, where I served as an assistant instructor to Dr. Martin Seligman. I train the next generation of positive psychology practitioners as a faculty member in the Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) program at The Flourishing Center and as a training facilitator at Positively Partners.
My work brings positive psychology into the spaces where people actually live and work — from individual coaching through life transitions to group workshops for organizations, military families, and expat communities across cultures and continents.
Whether I’m coaching someone through a major shift or leading a room through the science of strengths and well-being, I bring research-backed tools and real human connection to every engagement.
Before building my practice, I spent over a decade in the nonprofit sector — working in youth mentoring, community building, and equity that deeply shaped how I approach belonging and human potential. I also served U.S. military service members and their families at the Department of Defense as a career counselor and trainer.
I believe flourishing isn’t reserved for a lucky few. It’s learnable, trainable, and something every person deserves access to.
